Our Covid Protocols

At Aeriform Arts the health and safety of our students and instructors is a top priority. For those that attend classes and events in person, we encourage you to continue to wear masks in class, however in accordance with State & Local guidelines, Aeriform Arts is adjusting our mask policy effective

  • Fully vaccinated students can opt to remove their masks at their own discretion. Unvaccinated students must wear masks at all times.

The studio requires face masks for all students & instructors.

ALL STUDENTS NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION

  • Prior to attending in-studio classes, you will be required to affirm that you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed by the CDC. You will also be required to complete a waiver and acknowledgement. Your participation in the studio is welcomed as long as you are healthy and observing our new studio policies and social distancing guidelines. *Clients showing any signs of illness will be asked to reschedule their class and will be given class credit

  • Clients must sign up for classes online ahead of time. We will not be accepting walk-in clients, and the door to the facility will only be opened for clients who are signed up for class.

  • You will be required to bring your own warm up mat

  • You will be limited with personal belonging space. Bring only what you absolutely need

  • NO SHOES allowed. You must remove shoes upon entry.

  • All in-studio classes will be spaced a minimum of 15 minutes apart to allow for proper and thorough cleaning of the studio. Doors will open 5 minutes prior to class. Aerial students will enter through the front door. Pole students will enter through the back door. We ask students to respect social distancing when entering and exiting the studio.

  • Late arrivals will not be allowed

  • When clients arrive, client will check their temperature with a touchless infrared thermometer inside of either door. If a client’s temperature exceeds 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit and/or she/he/they reports or exhibits any symptoms of illness, she/he/they will be asked to leave. *Clients showing any signs of illness will be asked to reschedule their class and will be given class credit

  • Only the client can enter our facility. If the client is a minor, she/he/they should be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Once the child is inside, we ask that the parent/guardian return to vehicle, or wait outside as no viewing area is open at this time

  • Clients are asked to sanitize their hands before entering the workout area, touchless hand sanitizer units on inside of each door and by bathroom

  • Clients need to bring their own water to class.

  • All apparatuses, mats, grip aids and high touch areas are sanitized with EPA-registered disinfectant before and after each class.

  • All silks and hammocks will be taken down and washed after every class.

  • Fabric students are required to bring their own silks/hammock, OR optionally rent $10/purchase from us.

  • Clients will be asked to disinfect their hands prior to leaving the facility

  • New cancellation policies will be strictly enforced. All in studio classes must be canceled at least 24-hours in advance, failure to do so will result in loss of class credit. All virtual classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance or class credit will be lost. Late Cancel or No Show - IN STUDIO classes will result in loss of class credit AND a $10 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
